THE WORLD'S FIRST AN ONLY CENTRIFUGALLY CAST, BIMATALLIC, SEAMLESS PIPING THAT CAN BE FORMED INTO ELBOWS!

Centrifugally Cast, Bimetallic, Seamless Piping with Chrome White Iron 600+ BHN Inner Wear Layer and Carbon Steel Outer Layer; AbrecoPipe is designed for severe abrasion duties in bulk material handling systems.

Expertise in casting technology together with centrifugal forces ensures a metallurgical bond between the outer and inner layers. Non-destructive (UT) ultrasonic testing can be used to measure total wall thickness from the outside and predict remaining pipe life.

Straight Pipes, Bends from 3.5 DR and up as well as various fittings can be produced.

Pipe joins by butt welding, flanges, sleeve joints, Victaulic etc. are available.

A wide range of alloys are available, including heat, corrosion and abrasion resistant grades, as well as carbon and low alloy - high strength steels. This provides flexibility for end users and the ability to specify Abrecopipe to handle a variety of feed materials and diverse applications.

The material and wall thickness of both the outer and inner layers can be manufactured to customer’s requirements, within certain production parameters.
