Custom thickness and pattern welded plates available to suit your project and minimize scrap loss. Complete in-house cutting and fabricating service for read-to-install liners. Chromium Carbide Weld Overlay Pipe: Similar to overlay plate. Available in NPS 2” O.D. and up, in 10’ continuous lengths in straight sections or elbows. Standard fittings can be used. Hardox AR Plate: (Quenched & Tempered) PLATE - 400, & 500 BHN. From 1/4” to 2” thick for standard wear protection. TIVAR UHMW: Ultra-High Molecular Weight - Polyethylene. Due to its abrasion, corrosion, chemical and moisture resistant properties, TIVAR is commonly used in applications where conditions may be too harsh for other materials.
